*The Fast Track Training program and Virtual Quality Assurance subscriptions are fully supported for up to 1 year from date of purchase. All programs require client participation to be successful. I.D. Energy will provide support and communication to clients within their 1 year period including emails, technical bulletins, and updates. Reimbursements are not available if deactivated or expired by the U.S. Department of Energy for failure to participate in the program by: Completing the SIM online training within 180 days, Scoring a home at least once every 180 days, and/or being enrolled with the required quality assurance once Certified.
